RETURNS:
No merchandise may be returned without written consent COPIED MATERIALS ARE NOT
RETURNABLE. Returns of other items are accepted within 30 days following purchase. Items must be
unmarked and in a new and saleable condition. They should be packed so they cannot be damaged in
shipping. Enclose a packing list that shows the date of original invoice and invoice number. Refunds will be
given, minus a restocking fee of 15% for returned items and the original shipping charge. A return goods
form can be found inside the back cover of the catalog.

DAMAGES:
When damage occurs due to shipping, recipient must describe damage on delivering carrier’s receipt
at time of delivery. Buyer must notify seller so that claims can be made immediately.

LOSS:
If materials are lost, buyer is encouraged to call or email ECRI, so claims can be made and another
shipment can be sent out.
